2. When will I receive my items after I place an order?

After we dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a tracking No., you can check your order with the number on courier’s website.


3. What should I do when I can not tracking the transport?

4. What should I do when the costume is not fit?

Please careful check our size chart before you purchase the costumes, and when you not sure about which size is appropriate, please contact and send your size to us, we will give you better advice. However, when the costume is not fit after you receive, please first contact us, we will arrange the exchange or refund to you.
